My mission as a journalist is to report on matters of social import. That intention has led me to cover the national politics of health and education and welfare in Washington, D.C. After I moved to San Francisco, I personally learned about the power of dreams to guide and heal. I turned to writing about spiritual matters, the mind-body connection, dreams, and the artistic process.

An internationally published journalist, I have written dozens of articles for newspapers and magazines including Louisville Magazine, Ms. Magazine, Washington Journalism Review, Santa Rosa Press Democrat, Intuition Magazine, and the Pacific Sun.

I also speak and teach classes on using dreams for personal and social change.
